Deputies: Ohio resident charged with trespassing in Waterloo

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of an Ohio resident following the investigation of a ‘crime in progress’.

On Monday at approximately 7:05 a.m. deputies received report of a crime in progress in the Town of Waterloo. Upon arrival, deputies arrested Andrey Lyogky, 20, of Ohio on a trespass violation.



He’s accused of entering an establishment, which had already been closed for business. Lyogky was apprehended without incident and released on appearance tickets.

Additional court action is expected at a later date.
