Police: Seneca Falls man shoved woman during domestic dispute

The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a town resident following a domestic dispute on May 20th.

Police arrested William Hicks, 35, of Seneca Falls around 10:32 p.m. after they were called to keep the peace as a person moved belongings out of an apartment.

Prior to their arrival, police say an argument ensued and Hicks shoved the female.

He was charged with second-degree harassment and held at the Seneca County Correctional Facility.

The charges will be answered at a later date. Police say an order of protection was requested.
