A Steuben County man is facing charges after an alleged domestic incident Sunday.
Steuben County Sheriff’s deputies say they were dispatched to Cass Street for the report of a domestic incident.
Deputies allege Justin Brown, 25, damaged another person’s property and acting in a way they say was “likely to be injurious to the physical, mental or moral welfare of a child.”
Brown was charged with four counts of criminal mischief and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
