The final proposed 2019-20 city budget was presented to the Auburn City Council Thursday. Although the budget already includes feedback from the council, a public hearing and an adoption vote are required before the budget's enactment.
Auburn City Comptroller Rachel Jacobs told the council that since the budget was discussed last week, "not a whole lot has changed."
