Deputies: Canandaigua driver charged with DWI after Waterloo crash

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Canandaigua resident following single-vehicle crash at the intersection of State Route 96 and Virginia Street in Waterloo.

Deputies responded to the scene and spoke with the driver, who was identified as Michal Bradley, 26, of Canandaigua.

Following investigation it was determined that Bradley was under the influence of alcohol during the crash.

Deputies say Bradley’s vehicle failed to stop at the stop sign, traveled through the intersection, into a parking lot across the street – before colliding with a tree.

Bradley was treated at the scene by North Seneca Ambulance and charged with driving while intoxicated.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
