A man was charged Saturday after being involved in three domestic incidents in a matter of about 12 hours, the Auburn Police Department reported Tuesday.
Lee M. Potter, 29, allegedly went to the victim’s apartment on Quill Avenue around 11 p.m. Friday, and then again at about 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Saturday. On the third occurrence, police said, Potter grabbed a phone out of the 29-year-old woman’s hand. She had an order of protection against Potter and was holding a child at the time, police said.
Potter now faces charges of fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony, and class A misdemeanors of second-degree criminal contempt and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Auburn City Court Saturday.
