Deputies say a Sodus Point resident was arrested following an investigation into a domestic incident.
Jason R. Brugger, 29, of Sodus Point was arrested following a domestic incident investigated by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
He was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and manning.
Brugger is accused of holding a pair of scissors to his wife’s throat during that incident.
Following arraignment Brugger was remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
