The Ontario County Humane Society reports that a 48-year-old Manchester woman was ticketed after two dogs were found inside a residence on State Street not being properly cared for.
The Humane Society reports that Amy Tunison, 48, of Manchester was charged with failure to provide food and water to an impounded animal.
Deputies say the two dogs were impounded at the residence. They were seized and are now being cared for at the Ontario County Humane Society.
Tunison was ticketed and will answer the charge at a later date.
