A Rose woman faces four charges after deputies investigated a 911 hang-up call and a reported domestic disturbance on Buchanan Road, according to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies said the woman returned to a residence covered by a stay-away order of protection and injured another resident during a physical altercation while a child was present.
Britainny Andrews, 26, of Buchanan Road, was arrested at 6:11 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2, on charges of first-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
The Sheriff's Office said the child was younger than 17.
Andrews was taken to the Wayne County Jail for centralized arraignment scheduled for 7 a.m. Nov. 3; the release did not provide the outcome of that proceeding.
