Eppie Ufholz, 76, of Sodus, died Oct. 7, 2026, according to her obituary from the funeral home.
Born in Lyons, she worked as a nurse’s aide at Hill Haven Nursing Home in Webster. She enjoyed nature, the Adirondacks, canoeing, bicycling and fishing and loved dogs and cats.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, John Ufholz Jr.; sister, Penny MacDougall; and extended family. A celebration of life was scheduled for Oct. 24 at Rose Global Methodist Church. Memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of Wayne County.
