Veraisons Restaurant at Glenora Wine Cellars in Dundee has made Wine Enthusiast's list of 57 winery restaurants around the world.
The magazine's feature, which originally appeared in its August/September 2026 issue, highlights the restaurant's seasonal ingredients, work with local farmers and views of Seneca Lake. Glenora announced the recognition in a Nov. 4 news release.
Wine Enthusiast describes restaurants across the world that it considers destinations for a winery visit and a meal. Its Veraisons profile notes the dining room's cathedral ceilings and stone fireplace, along with a terrace overlooking the vineyards and lake.
Seasonal menus and a history at Glenora
Veraisons sources ingredients from farms in the Finger Lakes and across New York state, according to Glenora. Its menus change with the seasons and include vegan and gluten-free choices. Diners can eat inside or on the terrace.
The restaurant opened in June 2000 during an expansion that also added The Inn at Glenora Wine Cellars. Glenora was established in 1977 as Seneca Lake's first winery and opened its earlier Wine Garden Café in 1987, according to the release.
