An Ontario man was charged with criminal mischief after a domestic incident Monday in the town of Ontario.
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office said the man intentionally broke a vehicle window during the incident.
Frederick Burgess, 25, of Ontario, was arrested around 7 p.m. and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
He was taken to the Wayne County Jail pending centralized arraignment, which was set for 7 a.m. Tuesday.
Further proceedings are to take place in Ontario Town Court at a later date.
