Canandaigua police issued a criminal summons to Sonovia Lightle, 34, on Oct. 8 following a reported neighbor dispute on Jefferson Avenue.
The department said Lightle allegedly engaged in a physical altercation Sept. 14 that caused physical injury.
Police charged her with second-degree harassment, according to the Oct. 20 arrest blotter.
Lightle is due in City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
