A Fairport man was charged with driving while intoxicated after Wayne County deputies responded to a 911 hang-up call in Walworth, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Sean Odonnell, 38, of Eaglesfield Way in the village of Fairport, was arrested following the call to Walworth Marion Road at about 11:39 p.m. Tuesday, the office said.
Deputies found Odonnell with damage to his vehicle and determined through their investigation that he had driven while intoxicated, according to the release.
He was taken to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office, where he refused a chemical test to measure the alcohol or drug content of his blood.
