Nurse practitioner Jill Hopkins has joined Rochester Regional Health’s primary care team in Wolcott and is accepting new patients.
Hopkins is seeing patients at Internal Medicine – Wolcott, 6254 Lawville Road, according to Rochester Regional Health’s provider listing and an Oct. 13 announcement from the health system.
Her practice covers a range of acute and chronic health needs. Rochester Regional Health said Hopkins takes a holistic approach that considers patients’ physical, emotional, mental and social well-being.
Hopkins earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Keuka College. She is a board-certified adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner and a member of the Nurse Practitioner Association of New York State.
“I’m excited to be part of the Wolcott community and to have the opportunity to care for patients and families here,” Hopkins said in the announcement. She said she looks forward to building long-term relationships with patients.
