A Palmyra man was charged with criminal mischief after a vehicle's radio display was broken during a domestic disturbance Friday night, the Wayne County Sheriff's Office said.
Deputies charged Brian Bray, 30, of Trolley Road, with fourth-degree criminal mischief. The sheriff's office alleged that he struck the display after a verbal argument, causing it to break.
Bray was held for centralized arraignment scheduled for 7 a.m. Saturday, according to the release. It did not report an arraignment outcome.
