Aurelius woman charged after children used in jail calls

An Aurelius woman was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after deputies said she used her children to facilitate phone calls with a Cayuga County Jail inmate against whom the children had an order of protection.

Amanda Frisby, 36, was arrested Wednesday and charged with the misdemeanor, according to a Friday release from the Cayuga County Sheriff's Office.
