Geneva police charged a 40-year-old Rochester man with misdemeanor drug possession after a complaint about someone slumped over a steering wheel in a hotel parking lot.

Police said an officer observed cocaine and heroin inside the vehicle, which Shehady was occupying alone. The release did not say how much of either substance was found.

Emergency medical personnel checked Shehady before his arrest, police said.

He was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and issued an appearance ticket for Geneva City Criminal Court at a later date.
