An Ogdensburg man was charged with driving while intoxicated after Seneca Falls police investigated a traffic complaint on Sept. 29.
The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department identified the man as Austin Colby, 24. Police said they arrested him at 6:50 p.m. after the investigation.
The department reported one charge of driving while intoxicated; its release did not describe the traffic complaint or give a blood-alcohol test result.
Colby was taken to the Seneca County Jail for arraignment, police said. The release did not report an arraignment outcome.
