A Manchester man was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief after deputies investigated a report of damaged property early Monday on Merrick Avenue in the village, the Ontario County Sheriff's Office said.
The Sheriff's Office identified him as Kodie Skeels, 29. Deputies said their investigation found he was intoxicated and had intentionally damaged someone else's property at 104 Merrick Ave.
Deputies responded to the address around midnight Monday, according to the release. It did not describe the property or give a damage estimate.
Skeels was taken to the Ontario County Jail for centralized arraignment court. He is expected to answer the charge in Manchester Town Court at a later date, the Sheriff's Office said.
