Seneca County sheriff's deputies arrested a 28-year-old Ithaca woman on a bench warrant during a traffic stop early Friday, according to the Seneca County Sheriff's Office.
The sheriff's office identified her as Brittney Fick and said deputies stopped her for a traffic violation at about 2:30 a.m. Friday.
The warrant stemmed from Fick's failure to appear in court on an original charge of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, according to the release.
Deputies took Fick to the Seneca County Jail to await CAP Court to answer the charge, the sheriff's office said.
