A Lyons man faces trespass and false personation charges after deputies said he was found in Central Park after dark and gave them a false name, according to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies identified the man as Jonathan Knight, 56, of Canal Street in Lyons, and said the encounter occurred Aug. 29 on Church Street.
Knight was arrested Thursday, Oct. 1, according to the sheriff's release.
He was released with an appearance ticket for Lyons Town Court on a later date.
