Seneca Falls man charged after threats at Clyde home

A Seneca Falls man was charged after deputies said he threatened people at a Clyde home despite a court order requiring him to stay away.

The Wayne County Sheriff's Office said Aden Blevins, 38, went to the home on Frederick Street on Monday and threatened the lives of people who lived there.

Deputies said their investigation found that Blevins was subject to a full stay-away order of protection barring him from the home and from contact with one of the people there.

Blevins was charged with aggravated family offense, first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree harassment and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, according to the sheriff's office.

He was processed at the Wayne County Jail. A sheriff's release dated Sept. 28 said he was being held for arraignment scheduled for Sept. 30; it did not provide the outcome of that appearance.
