An Ontario County sheriff's release says a Mount Morris man was arrested Saturday after a domestic incident at a Parkside Drive residence in Canandaigua.
Christopher Kendrick-Negron, 30, is charged with first-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment, according to the sheriff's office.
Deputies allege that Kendrick-Negron violated an order of protection by damaging property and subjecting the protected person to unwanted physical contact.
The sheriff's office said Kendrick-Negron was taken to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment; the release did not provide an arraignment outcome.
