A Manchester man was arrested Sunday morning on a bench warrant issued after he failed to appear in Victor Town Court on a previous petit larceny charge, according to the Ontario County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies took Dustin Proctor, 29, into custody at 8:30 a.m. at 4143 Hosey Road in Manchester, the sheriff's office said.
Proctor was arrested without incident.
He was transported to the Ontario County Jail and held for centralized arraignment.
