A Geneva woman was charged with criminal mischief after police investigated damage to a window at a private residence on Middle Street.
Police said Shanell M. Eldridge, 35, was arrested Sept. 11 after officers determined she allegedly intentionally damaged the window while heavily intoxicated.
Eldridge was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
She was taken to centralized arraignment court and released without bail to answer the charge at a later date.
