A Geneva man was charged with assault following a domestic incident on Washington Street, according to the Geneva Police Department.
Police said Kyle S. Armstrong, 33, was arrested Sept. 11 after he allegedly intentionally caused physical injury to his domestic partner.
Armstrong was charged with third-degree assault.
He was taken to centralized arraignment court, where a stay-away order of protection was issued, and was released without bail.
