A Naples man was charged after Yates County sheriff’s deputies said he subjected a juvenile resident to unwanted physical contact during a domestic incident in the town of Italy.
Merle F. Bush, 41, of Flint Hill Road, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment following the Sept. 3 incident.
Deputies were called to 3235 Flint Hill Road around 1:35 p.m. for a reported domestic incident.
After an investigation, deputies said Bush had unwanted physical contact with another juvenile who lived at the residence.
Bush was arrested and taken to the Yates County Public Safety Building to await arraignment in Yates County centralized arraignment court.
Middlesex Ambulance also responded to the incident.
