Canandaigua police arrested a 32-year-old woman Tuesday on felony assault and terroristic threat charges following an incident at F.F. Thompson Hospital.
Police said officers responded to the hospital Monday for a report of a patient being combative with staff. While staff members were trying to restrain Alyna Lindenau, police alleged she grabbed one of them and caused an injury.
Lindenau was charged with second-degree assault and making a terroristic threat. Police also alleged she repeatedly threatened to burn down the hospital and kill hospital personnel after her release.
Police said Lindenau was processed and taken to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
