Tickets for the 2026 Community Table Dinner in Penn Yan will go on sale Aug. 3, with proceeds from the farm-to-table fundraiser benefiting Dundee Library.
The five-course dinner is scheduled for 5 p.m. Sept. 12 at The Landing on the Keuka Outlet Trail, a rain-or-shine location in Penn Yan's Downtown Historic District.
The family-style meal will be prepared by local chefs and paired with offerings from local beverage producers. Guests will sit at a custom-built communal table for an event focused on local farmers, producers and food.
Organizers said ingredients and floral arrangements will be locally grown. The event uses no plates, utensils or plastic, and Finger Lakes Compost helps limit waste.
This year's menu will draw on 250 years of American culinary tradition as part of the country's 250th anniversary. Menu details are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
The Community Table Dinner has raised more than $71,000 for local nonprofits since it began in 2019. Previous beneficiaries include Keuka Advocacy Services, The Living Well, Our Town Rocks, the Yates County Community Center, Penn Yan Theatre Company and the Outlet Trail.
Individual tickets cost $150 plus a $4.79 service fee, for a total of $154.79, with a limit of four per order. A limited enhanced table for eight costs $2,000 plus a $60.04 service fee and includes preferred seating, enhanced check-in, welcome wine and a locally made gift.
Tickets will be available beginning at 9 a.m. Aug. 3 through the Yates County Chamber of Commerce website.
