A Rochester woman and a juvenile were arrested June 4 following a lengthy investigation into an October 2024 home invasion on Route 31F in the town of Macedon, the Wayne County Sheriff's Office said.
Giselle Gonzalez-Vasquez, 37, was charged with three counts of second-degree hindering prosecution. The juvenile was charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary, first-degree assault and second-degree kidnapping.
Gonzalez-Vasquez was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Wayne County Court at a later date. The juvenile was arraigned in Wayne County Court and placed in a secure holding facility.
The Sheriff's Office said the investigation remains ongoing. State Police, Rochester police, Macedon police and the Wayne County District Attorney's Office assisted with the case.
