The Francis "Ben" Bonafiglia Golf Tournament will return Aug. 5 to Seneca Falls Country Club for its 40th year, raising money for services for people with disabilities.
Organizers said the tournament has raised more than $1 million since its first event in 1986. Proceeds benefit Ability Partners Foundation and programs offered through CP Rochester, Happiness House and Rochester Rehabilitation Center.
Rusty Barone of Canandaigua Financial Group will serve as honorary chair. Barone's family has received services from Happiness House since his youngest son, Andrew, began attending programs there at age 2.
Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m., followed by a 10 a.m. tee time. Registration costs $150 per golfer and includes breakfast, a take-home meal, food and beverages during the day, 18 holes with a cart and a water bottle.
The event will also include raffles and contests, including a hole-in-one contest with a new car as the prize.
