A cross-section of Victor’s business community will be recognized next month as local leaders highlight economic growth and entrepreneurship across one of Ontario County’s fastest-developing areas.
The Victor Local Development Corporation has announced the recipients of its 20th annual Victor Business Awards, with winners spanning retail, manufacturing, health services, and family-owned enterprises.
The awards will be presented during a luncheon scheduled for Friday, May 15, at Ravenwood Golf Club, beginning at 11:30 a.m. The event will feature Jeff Knauss, an entrepreneur and artificial intelligence strategist, as keynote speaker.
Among this year’s honorees, Thirsty Turtle was named Business of the Year, while the Anderson-VanHorne Agency earned recognition as Family-Owned Business of the Year. Arise Family Chiropractic was selected as Health Service Provider of the Year, and Victor Insulators received Manufacturing Business of the Year.
Additional awards include Women Led Business of the Year for Victor Smiles, Emerging Retailer of the Year for Burn Boot Camp Victor, and Retailer of the Year honors shared by Bleu Dog Drink Company and Eastview Mall’s Macy’s location.
State Sen. Pam Helming is also expected to attend and present a New York State Empire Award to O’Connell Electric Company, recognizing its contributions to the regional economy.
Organizers say the annual event is intended to spotlight businesses that are driving local investment, job creation, and community engagement in Victor.
