Two people were taken into custody after deputies investigated reports of thefts from several vehicles in the Town of Victor.
Deputies stopped a suspect vehicle near Marlette Drive and Dale Drive during the investigation on March 16.
Eric Keesee, 48, of Farmington, was arrested for obstructing governmental administration after deputies said he failed to identify himself during the traffic stop.
Deputies also learned Keesee had an active warrant with the Greece Police Department. He received an appearance ticket for Farmington Town Court and deputies turned him over to Greece police.
Gregory Scott Keesee, 25, of Farmington, arrived at the location of the traffic stop while deputies were investigating and was taken into custody.
Deputies charged Gregory Scott Keesee with three counts of petit larceny after investigators said he stole a total of $48 from several vehicles on Kims Drive.
Investigators identified him as a suspect after he left his cellphone inside one of the vehicles involved in the thefts.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
