A domestic incident in the Town of Sodus led to the arrest of a 23-year-old man Monday night.
Domingo Rafael Angeles Robledo of Sodus was charged following an investigation into the incident.
Deputies allege Robledo put his hands around the victim’s neck and took the victim’s phone as she tried to call 911.
He was charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Deputies took Robledo into custody and transported him to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing.
He was later released to CAP Court to await arraignment scheduled for March 10 at 7 a.m.
