Romulus man arrested on burglary, theft charges

Police arrested a Romulus man on a warrant tied to burglary and theft-related charges in Seneca Falls.

Jason V. Minguez, 51, was taken into custody Feb. 26 at about 2:10 p.m. by the Seneca Falls Police Department.


Minguez faces several charges, including burglary in the second degree, a felony.

He was also charged with petit larceny, criminal tampering in the third degree, and aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, all misdemeanors. Police also charged him with harassment in the second degree, a violation.

Officers transported Minguez to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he was held pending arraignment.

Police said an order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
