A responding officer used a fire extinguisher to put out the flames, which involved items on the stove.

Fire crews from Farmington, Victor and Canandaigua arrived shortly after to vent smoke and make sure the scene was safe.

All occupants evacuated safely and no injuries were reported.

Officials said damage was limited to the stove and minor smoke accumulation. The fire appears to have been accidental.
