Canandaigua National Bank will plant its flag in Auburn for the first time, according to The Citizen.
The bank plans to open a full-service branch at 10 Osborne St. in spring 2027. The site once housed a Generations Bank drive-up before ESL Federal Credit Union acquired it. When the doors open, Auburn will mark the bank’s 30th office.
Leaders say the move strengthens the bank’s push into central New York. After launching a Syracuse branch this year and building locations in Cicero, DeWitt and Liverpool, the Canandaigua-based bank plans to keep growing across the region.
