Deputies arrested a man Tuesday night after investigating a reported family dispute in Farmington.
Timothy D. Pixley, 43, of Farmington, was taken into custody at 7:36 p.m. at 6234 State Route 96, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Pixley faces charges of third-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing.
Investigators allege that on Feb. 23, while inside a vehicle in the Town of Farmington, Pixley intentionally caused physical injury to the victim.
Deputies took Pixley into custody without incident and transported him to the Ontario County Jail. He was turned over to jail staff to await CAP arraignment.
