Police ticketed a Dundee woman months after a crash at a busy Penn Yan intersection.
Linda L. Fuller, 67, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and passing a red light following a July 10 collision on Lake Street.
Police said Fuller was driving south on Liberty Street when she failed to stop at a steady red signal at the Lake Street intersection, causing a collision with another vehicle. Officers reported signs of impairment and collected a blood sample.
Laboratory results showed prescription drugs in her system that contributed to the crash, according to police.
Fuller later turned herself in at the police department and received traffic tickets directing her to appear in Penn Yan Village Court.
