Police arrested a Penn Yan man after investigating a reported domestic incident involving children.
Emmanuel M. Dykeman, 28, was taken into custody Feb. 14 following a complaint of a physical domestic in the village.
Officers said Dykeman subjected another individual to unwanted physical contact in the presence of children. He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.
Dykeman was processed at the police department and then turned over to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
