Deputies arrested a 22-year-old Clifton Springs woman following a domestic incident in the Town of Phelps.
Neomi Stephanie Naranjo, 22, of Wheat Road in Clifton Springs, was taken into custody around 2:45 p.m. on Feb. 23 after an investigation into a physical domestic incident on Melvin Hill Road, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities charged Naranjo with Assault in the Second Degree.
Deputies transported her to the Ontario County Jail, where officers processed her and arraigned her at CAP court, the sheriff’s office said.
Officials released Naranjo following arraignment. She will remain under probation supervision.
Deputy Herendeen led the investigation, according to the press release.
