Police say a Penn Yan man faces multiple charges after officers responded to a physical domestic complaint in the village.
Emmanuel M. Dykeman, 28, of Penn Yan, was arrested following the investigation.
Penn Yan Police said their investigation revealed that Dykeman subjected another individual to unwanted physical contact in the presence of children.
Officers charged Dykeman with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of harassment in the second degree.
Police took Dykeman into custody and transported him to the Penn Yan Police Department for processing.
Authorities later turned him over to the Yates County Jail, where he awaits CAP arraignment.
