Graduates and families will toast Commencement weekend lakeside this May, according to Serendipity Catering.
The Ithaca-based caterer will debut a new dining hub at Stewart Park’s Large Pavilion for Cornell University’s 2026 Commencement. From May 22–24, guests can reserve lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch overlooking Cayuga Lake.
Dinner and brunch will feature a full bar and a reception-style cocktail area, giving families space to relax and celebrate. Lunch will accept reservations with limited walk-ins, while dinners and brunch require reservations. Serendipity says the new experience aims to create a central gathering spot that matches the milestone moment of graduation weekend.
