A late-night traffic stop in Hopewell ended with multiple charges for a Minnesota man.
Denis F. Aciptio Saant, 35, of Minneapolis, faces DWI and other traffic-related charges after deputies pulled him over on State Route 5&20.
Deputies initiated the stop around 8:30 p.m. Feb. 15 after observing a vehicle cross the solid yellow line while traveling west.
They identified the driver as Aciptio Saant. Further investigation determined he was intoxicated.
Deputies issued uniform traffic tickets for Failure to Keep Right, Failure to Maintain Lane, Unlicensed Operator, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the Third Degree, DWI, and DWI with .08 of 1% or More of Alcohol .
Aciptio Saant will appear in Hopewell Town Court at a later date.
