Police issued a criminal summons after a man allegedly returned to a business he had already been told to stay away from.
On Jan. 8, officers served a summons to a Phillip R. Schmidt, 31, of Canandaigua, who’s accused of trespassing at a South Main Street business.
Police say the man had previously been advised he was no longer allowed on the property.
He’s scheduled to appear in City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
