Residents can now track housing projects citywide through a new interactive dashboard, according to WBNG. The City of Ithaca rolled out the tool to show existing housing, planned developments, and affordability levels in one place.
Users can filter projects by housing type, price range, and construction status. City planner Sam Quinn-Jacobs said the dashboard remains a pilot and will evolve based on public feedback.
Mayor Robert Cantelmo said the platform highlights progress on housing and affordability while giving residents and officials clearer insight into what’s being built across the city.
