Deputies arrested a man after locating him on an active bench warrant in Ontario County.
Brett Michael Kellar, 36, of Honeoye was taken into custody Jan. 8 after deputies said a bench warrant had been issued for his arrest by the Town of Canadice Court.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office said deputies arrested Kellar around 1:06 p.m. He was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he was held pending arraignment.
All suspects accused of a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
