Just months after being acquired, Auburn’s Currier Plastics has purchased two California-based medical manufacturers, according to The Citizen.
Currier announced it acquired Springboard Manufacturing and MOS Plastics—adding 320 employees and expanding its cleanroom capacity and West Coast footprint. Both companies will be folded into Currier’s operations.
The deals mark a major step in Currier’s shift into the healthcare space. Backed by new owner Sheridan Capital Partners, the company says the move accelerates its growth strategy and boosts customer service.
