Police arrested a Manchester man after a reported shoplifting incident at an Eastern Boulevard business.
Officers arrested Marcis Worboys, 33, around 12:56 p.m. Dec. 3 following an investigation into the report.
Police said Worboys left the store without paying for $163.68 worth of merchandise. Officers took him into custody and charged him with petit larceny.
Authorities later released Worboys on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
